TOMY is recalling about 40,000 Boon NURSH 8 oz reusable baby bottle three-packs in pink tie dye sold exclusively at Walmart after reports that the outer plastic shell can peel. Parents and caregivers should stop using the recalled bottles and contact TOMY for a replacement set or $22 store credit.

TOMY is recalling about 40,000 Boon NURSH 8 oz reusable baby bottle three-packs sold at Walmart because pieces of the outer plastic shell can peel off and create a choking hazard for young children. Parents and caregivers should stop using the recalled pink tie dye bottles and contact TOMY for either a replacement three-pack or a $22 store credit.
The recall was announced by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission on June 4. TOMY’s recall page says the recall is limited to the Pink Tie Dye NURSH 8 oz 3-pack, model B11654, sold in the United States at Walmart.
The affected product is a three-pack of Boon NURSH 8 oz silicone baby bottles in pink tie dye. Each bottle has a hard plastic shell around a soft silicone pouch, and the Boon logo appears on the side of the hard shell.
The item number and UPC are printed on the bottom of the packaging, according to CPSC. The bottles were sold for about $20 in Walmart stores and through Walmart’s website.
CPSC said the hard outer shell can bubble or partially peel off. That can leave small, film-like plastic pieces that may be accessible to young children.
TOMY said the recall is being conducted because plastic on the outer shell may peel, posing a potential choking hazard. The silicone pouch itself is not listed as the recalled defect; the problem described by CPSC and TOMY involves the outer shell.
TOMY has received 135 reports of the outer shell bubbling or peeling, according to CPSC. No injuries have been reported.
The recall notice does not list illnesses, deaths or a broader group of affected NURSH bottles. TOMY says no other NURSH bottle colors, patterns, sizes or tie dye SKUs are included.
Stop using the recalled pink tie dye bottles immediately. Do not return the product to Walmart for the recall remedy; TOMY’s FAQ says Walmart is participating in the recall but cannot provide the refund remedy at the store.
TOMY says consumers can choose one of two remedies:
Replacement: a replacement NURSH 3-pack in a solid color not subject to the recall
Refund: a $22 store credit for use through Boon’s online store
TOMY says replacement sets may include Pink Iridescent or Pink, depending on availability. The company says the $22 credit is single-use and that no tax or shipping will be charged on orders of $22 or less.
Consumers can start the recall process through TOMY’s NURSH recall page or through the Product Recalls link on TOMY’s U.S. website. TOMY also lists customer service at cs@tomy.com and a toll-free number, 866-725-4407, available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday.

Several POM power bank lines sold in TK Maxx and Homesense stores are being recalled over a fire risk linked to internal wiring. Owners should stop using affected models immediately and return them for a refund or replacement.

Wyze Solar Cam Pan security cameras are under recall because the wrong screw can puncture the lithium-ion battery and create a fire or burn hazard. Owners should check model WYZESCPWH and use Wyze’s recall process for a refund, replacement or gift card.

TOMY says consumers do not need proof of purchase to register. To qualify for a remedy, consumers must submit a photo of the affected bottles with the word “RECALL” written on them and certify that the bottles have been disposed of.
The company’s FAQ says orders are currently shipping within four to six weeks of registration processing. Consumers should watch for an email confirmation after the photo and disposal certification are received.
Recall details can change if CPSC or TOMY updates the remedy, report count or affected-product list. For now, the product is identified by the pink tie dye three-pack, model/SKU B11654 and UPC 669028116546; the official notices do not list separate lot codes or sell-by dates.
Parents and caregivers should keep checking TOMY’s recall page or CPSC’s recall notice until they receive the replacement set or store credit.

Haleon recalled four lots of Gas-X Extra Strength Softgels 125 mg after possible coolant contamination during packaging. Consumers should check UPCs and lot numbers TL8K, YH9X, YH9Y and X78N and stop using affected packages.
